We provide classes and coaching in Acrobatic Gymnastics and a supportive and friendly environment for male and female gymnasts of all levels of ability and ages.
Acrobatic gymnasts work collaboratively in pairs, and groups of three or four.
It's an exciting sport combining artistry with daring acrobatic techniques and teamwork.
Our General Gymnasts have fun learning the basics and developing skills, confidence, strength and agility.
Our squad members routinely perform displays and compete at Club, Regional, National and International level and for the GB Team.
We have several British Champions and European Medal Winners amongst our gymnasts and coaches.Our coaches are hugely experienced and fully qualified to teach at the highest high performance levels. Let us tell you more about them.
